Wet Mountain School Enrollment Agreement
(Reference Copy – To Be Signed Online During Enrollment)
Part I: Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
By enrolling your child in Wet Mountain School LLC, you agree to the following:
Withdraw Your Student from any prior public school and confirm the withdrawal has been processed.
Maintain Current Information in your Wet Mountain School account.
Assume Full Responsibility for your child’s education, ensuring a well-rounded and sequential instructional program covering:
Communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Mathematics
History
Civics
Literature
Science
U.S. Constitution (grades 7 and up)
Provide a Minimum of 172 Instructional Days annually, including days completed prior to enrollment at Wet Mountain School.
Maintain the Following Records for each child:
Curriculum details (name and publisher) for required subjects
Description of non-curriculum-based learning activities
Three work samples per academic subject per year (beginning, middle, end) when available
Course descriptions for all high school credit courses
Record Retention:
Grades K–8 and non-credit 9–12: retain records for 2 years
High school credit courses: retain for 2 years after graduation
Submit Semester Reports by:
January 15 (Fall Semester)
June 15 (Spring Semester)
Monitor High School Progress to meet graduation requirements.
Verify Credit Acceptance by June 30 for students in the Diploma Program.
Ensure Compliance with Colorado’s eye protection safety requirements (listed on our website).
Part II: Enrollment Policies & Procedures
Enrollment Is Not Complete until the student’s planned attendance is submitted.
Annual Re-Enrollment Is Required.
Tuition & Fees Are Non-Refundable.
Tuition covers July 1 – June 30 and is not prorated for mid-year enrollments.
Missed Reporting Deadlines result in retroactive disenrollment for the semester.
Reinstatement is possible if reports are submitted by June 29.
Disenrolled Students may re-enroll the following year.
Chargeback Policy: If tuition/fees are reversed or disputed via credit card chargeback, enrollment is canceled and future re-enrollment will be denied.
Part III: High School Credits & Graduation Policies
High school students must choose one of the following enrollment types:
Diploma Program:
Submit credits for approval
Must meet all Wet Mountain School graduation requirements
Eligible for an official diploma (ordered separately)
Cover-Only Option:
Submit basic grades or summaries
Not eligible for diploma or official transcript
Diplomas must be ordered separately once graduation requirements are fulfilled.
Wet Mountain School does not provide personalized academic counseling.
All submitted high school credits are subject to review and approval.
Additional documentation may be required.
Unapproved courses will not count toward graduation.
Credits must be verified by June 30 to be eligible for diploma inclusion.
All final grades must be approved before a diploma can be issued.
Early High School Credits (prior to grade 9) are accepted at the school’s discretion and only if the student is enrolled in the Diploma Program.
Part IV: General Policies
Testing and Assessments are not required or provided. Parents may upload test results if desired.
Enrollment Does Not Guarantee:
Grade placement at other schools
Credit transfer or college acceptance
Wet Mountain School is nonsectarian and welcomes families of all beliefs. Materials may include religious or secular content.
Wet Mountain School reserves the right to:
Disenroll students for agreement violations
Invalidate credits or diplomas if conditions are not met
Deny service to anyone who violates this agreement
Privacy Policy is available on the school website.
Policy Updates may be made at any time.
Families will be notified by email.
Continued enrollment implies acceptance of changes.
