Semester Grades

Our grade entry form makes it easy to submit semester grades with drop-down menus to select courses, assign grades, and input credits. You can also add custom course names if necessary. When submitting grades, please be sure to confirm that your child has completed the required instruction by checking the appropriate box. Note that course names do not have to exactly match the listed subjects.

For students in grades K-8, letter grades are optional. You may report progress using letter grades, Pass/Fail, or descriptive terms such as Excellent or Satisfactory. However, if an 8th grader is taking a course for early high school credit, letter grades must be used.

For high school students (grades 9-12), letter grades are required and must follow the school’s grading scale. Students enrolled in the Diploma Program will have their grades and credits used to calculate their GPA and generate an official Wet Mountain School high school transcript. Those in the Cover Only option can report grades without credits, but will not be eligible for an official transcript or diploma from Wet Mountain School.
