How to Record College Courses for High School Credit

College-level courses that carry between 3.00 and 5.00 college credits should be entered as 1.00 high school credit on the Wet Mountain School grade reporting form.

When submitting a college course:

• Select the appropriate high school subject category.
  
  

• Enter the course name.
  
  

• Include the following in the course title:
  
  

  • The abbreviated name of the college,
    
    

  • The college course number, and
    
    

  • The official course title (e.g., CCCS ENG121 - English Composition I).
