Including Non-Credit High School Courses on the Transcript

Yes, you can include non-credit high school courses (grades 9–12) on your student’s transcript. To do so, simply select “0.00” for the number of credits when entering the course.

The course will be listed on the transcript with no credit assigned and will not be factored into the student’s GPA. This allows you to document all relevant coursework—such as electives, enrichment classes, or other learning experiences—even if they are not taken for credit.
