Wet Mountain School Enrollment Agreement: Parent Record-Keeping Responsibilities
Parents enrolling their children in Wet Mountain School are responsible for maintaining the following records for each student:
The name and publisher of any curriculum used for required academic subjects.
Descriptions of alternative activities used to support instruction in the required academic subjects.
Three work samples per year for each required subject, collected at the beginning, middle, and end of the year, as available.
Course descriptions for all high school courses completed for credit.
Please retain these records for at least two years for students not reporting high school credits (applicable to grades K-8 and 9-12). For all high school credit courses, records should be maintained for two years following graduation.
